Anthropologie Maeve Cropped Polka Dot Blouse

Cropped with Tie Waist and buttons. Very fluttery bat wing sleeves. All buttons are present! I am 5-7 and have a large chest so it is very cropped! The waist band sits right under my boobs. See pic of me! Waist/under bust band 17” Approx 20” pit to pit but the pit is open because of the batwing sleeve Length Shoulder to Underbust 11.5” Waistband is 3.5” thick
