In gorgeous script “it’s the journey not the destination.” I love how the jellyfish appear to be shooting up through the water, caught midway between destinations. Calligrapher Diva Pyari collaborated with Anthropologie on a range of alphabet plates. Pyari was inspired by vintage flash cards she collects and her illustrations are spot on. The design is anchored by her masterful lettering and the calligraphy is simply stunning. A lovely and meditative piece. A tiny divot is under the glaze above the letter n in the word journey. I bought it this way, and the plate is otherwise perfect!
