Anthropologie Leifdottir Seahorse Dress

This dress is quite stunning, but does have a few flaws. I will list below and are pictured in photos. 1. Missing blue belt/sash 2. Has some staining on underside of arm pits (self tanner?) and probably couldn't be seen when worn or could wear a pashmina or shawl to cover. 3. A small section of hem on underside is coming unraveled 4. Isn't my size The dress is beautiful, has an ocean theme with scalloped lining and ruffles around v-neck line.
