Anthropologie Lace Peplum Petticoat Alley Top

Sleeves are sheer lace, remainder of blouse is fully lined in black. Lace is a deep grey or pewter. Black piping around neck, sleeves and hem. Back zipper opens completely (similar to a jacket zipper). Sleeves are 3/4 length, 12" from underarm to hem. 17" underarm to underarm. Across waist 15". 22" long.
