Anthropologie Ibban Tassel Embellished Clutch Crossbody

I purchased this unique bag at an Anthropologie / Free People sample sale. It is new with tags. There was no product information and I have been unable to find anything online. It feels like boiled wool and is soft to the touch. Embellished with tassels and "coins". Can be carried as a clutch or crossbody. One inner zip pocket. It measures 11 inches across and 6 inches deep.
