New With Tags (have flaws listed below) Size 0 These sequined bell bottom pants by Hutch have a beautiful pastel rainbow swirl pattern. The flare pants have a back zipper closure. The fabric is 100% polyester. Flaws: On the front near the waist there is a section of sequins missing. On one side of the waist the sequined netting has pulled away from the seam. There is a section of missing sequins on one of the flares on a leg. Last two pictures.
