Anthropologie High Low Short Sleeve Blouse

Anthropologie high-low blouse with bell-like cap sleeves. Faux button down front embellishment, ruffle split back. Material is semi-sheer and flowy, pastel pistachio/mint color. Shirt is in great condition- there is a faint white mark on left sleeve (photo 7) and minor wear to buttons (photo 8). Smoke free home. Approx. measurements laying flat: 18" armpit to armpit 22"-28.5" length
