Anthropologie HD in Paris Cobalt Blue Dress

HD in Paris brand from Anthropologie. Super fun and easy to throw on dress. Elastic waist makes it very forgiving. Throw on some wedges and a jacket and you are ready for spring! I'm usually a size 8 and this fit perfectly. I'm also 5'7" and it came above my knees.
