Lace Ballou dress by HD in Paris for Anthropologie. Size XXSP (note: top part is stretchy, fits me well as a usual XS) Black cross-body upper with lacey red bottom. Multiple layers in the skirt, including a black liner and two red lacey layers on all sides. Beautiful, soft, and can be fancy. Excellent condition, worn once.
