Anthropologie - Girls from Savoy pencil dress

I WILL HAPPILY NEGOTIATE!!! • Excellent used condition, I am not the first owner but it has been very well taken care of - Please see the last photo for the only damage on the dress, a small rip above the zipper. Has no effect on functionality and is not seen when being worn. • One of my favorite dresses of all time! • Has pockets • The skirt is a very dark navy blue, almost black • Pit to pit measurement: 16 inches • Waist measurement: 13 inches • shoulder to bottom of skirt: 37 inches
