Anthropologie Freebird Button Down Dress

Bright blue. Collar with button down front, front pockets. Mini midi length. Sleeveless with inside lining and chiffon sheer outside. Transparent sheer back and elastic empire waist. Size medium. Very very small hole on shoulder as seen in second pic and missing bottom button but it’s not very noticeable. Very feminine and contemporary. Has belt loops but to belt. Looks better without one.
