Anthropologie “Floreat” Dark Navy Blue sheer open front cardigan

This sheer cardigan is unique - it gathers at the bottom in a fun way. Very dark navy blue / almost black. Velvet fern pattern over sheer mesh. Can’t find a size tag, but the rest of the clothes in my closet are XL / 14 if that helps.
