Anthropologie Floral Blouse

Navy blue Anthropologie blouse with floral embroidery. Small vertical column cutouts on either side of the front and on either side of the real buttons on the back. Hook at the top of the back. 3/4 length sleeves with the same cutout detail. Horizontal fabric goes from natural waist to drop waist, kind of like a belt effect. Poplin-like section at the bottom that is very flowy and almost covers your butt. Gently worn. In good condition. Fabric does not stretch. Not for broad shoulders.
