Chambray with green polka dot ribbon. So Cute! Retro. In great used condition. Ties at neck, and elastic on the back for stretch. 14.5 inches long. Cotton Machine wash Imported Size 12 but could fit anywhere from 8-12. So I'm calling it a medium.
