This is lined with a soft material so it’s not itchy if wool bothers you. I couldn’t find the size tag but I made approximate measurements: 29 in inseam; rise: 9 in. Shell: 50% wool 30% nylon 20% viscose. Lining 94% polyester 6% Lycra. Dry clean.
