Anthropologie‎ Cropped Navy Blue Sweatshirt with Big Romantic Sleeves Size XS

This cropped sweatshirt is so unique. It is a true sweatshirt material, like your favorite college sweatshirt. The waistband (which doesn't go to your waist because it's cropped) and cuffs have a very distinct and tight, wide elastic band so they are holding you in. The sweatshirt in not going to ride up on you. The sleeves are oversized, and romantic, is the only word I can think of. The tag has been cut—we still know it's Anthropologie. Very cute piece!
