Anthropologie Cowl Neck Top

I bought this at Anthropologie. I wore it approximately 5 times. When I washed it, it piled. I washed it and hung it to dry. It is a medium but I took the tag out of the neck because it was itchy. There are no rips or stains, just pils. We have a smoke free and pet free home.
