Is this true to size small? I’m a small top and medium bottom so unsure how it would lay

@jblam109 the back is stretchy and I think since the straps are adjustable you could wear the bodice higher or down lower the ruffles are flowy and layered so I’m thinking it would work but I’m happy to take measurements if there’s a measurement that helps you let me know!
