Anthropologie Charlie Holiday Black Ruffled Midi Dress

New(without tags) Never worn, perfect condition. Obsessed with this dress! This is a size small but I ended up buying it in maroon in a XS and got it shortened and wore to a wedding :) Online all the reviews say that it runs small and I would agree, small is probably more like an XS. It is marketed as a cover up but I wore mine as a normal dress.
