Anthropologie Cartonnier Sampa blue wide leg crop pants

These pants are really cute, but they don’t quite fit me right. Please refer to the measurements in the photos. The waist on these would best fit 31-32” and these won’t work for anyone whose hips are bigger than 40”, so the sizing is slightly different than the usual Anthropologie 10. These pants are also very cropped. The inseam is 22”, so I would recommend these for shorter ladies. Questions? Please ask!
