What is the hip measurement please? Is there any stretch?

@staceycita hi! thxs for looking & for asking! The hip is 18 1/2", & it has 3% spandex, which gives it stretch. I hope this helps. Lovely skirt. The color is darker than shown in the pics. It is a dark teal as in a peacock's feathers. I'll try to take better pics w/a different camera later today. Gorgeous!
