Anthropologie Blue Sweater Dress

It’s hard to capture in photos but this NWT dress is dark blue in color, with 3/4 length sleeves, cinched waist, scalloped V neckline, soft sheer wool and viscose (stretch) sweater material, that has a contrasting stitch in the top from the bottom. The top part is fitted and the bottom has a little swing like a skater skirt. Hits just above the knee at 5’6”. Size S. Length of dress is 36” from shoulder to hem.
