Anthropologie Blue A-Line Sundress with Flutter Sleeves

Cleaning out my closet! Lili’s Closet Navy Polka dot dress originally purchased by me from Anthropologie. Drop waist. V back with zipper. It has pockets! Organza lining gives a little more volume. This runs small. The bottom seam of this dress was let out for a little more length (see picture), hence the low price. Beautiful condition.
