Black pleated dress from Anthropologie (Bordeaux brand). Lining in rayon (cotton feel) is like a tank dress that goes to knees. Shelf is transparent and pleated. Top is loose and drapey with the bottom being straight. Waist is the same material as the shell. 30" from waist to hem of shelf.
