Black dress size 4 runs big. Love this dress very comfortable and feminine. Could be dressed up or down. Purchased at Anthropologie over a year ago and never wore out of the house was just a little too big. Top is pleated with deep V in front and back. Polyester Crepe sheer with a full lining. Waist has elastic inset and two ties on either side that can be adjusted and cinched to fit waist. Full skirt with a lot of movement.
