This charming silk and cotton skirt from Anthropologie is by Floreat and in excellent condition! Navy top layer and off white colored Scalloped hem along with an off white cotton lining that has about a quarter inch of crochet lace hem. It’s closes with a brass side zipper- This is a size 0, however, if you range between sizes like I do at Anthro, a 2 can also fit into this comfortably.
