Anthro Ric Rac Floral Flourish Cowlneck tank

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tinstoy. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. It was originally listed as a dress, but given the way the fabric falls naturally, this is a top, not a dress. I have recategorized it :) It is sort of a brick red and cream white. Very pretty!
