Anthro Beth Bowley dress navy with ornate white embroidery/ 4

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jenwm5. Loved it, the fabric is stunning I wish it fit me. I am in between a 4 and a 6. This is a 4. note the missing button. The buttons don't open so I was going to move the last button up and remove the black connector. Was going to be a gorgeous find. Questions? Leave a comment below!
