Small “scuff” on heel that was there when I bought them (shown in pics). I added a fabric cushion for added comfort, which is the print you see in the footbed. They are not there to hide any wear in the shoe, but I can remove them before shipping upon request. The box calls the color grey, but they look more brown. Heel is 3.25” high, front is 1.25” high EU size 36 converts to size 6.5 US
