Size shown is 12 , but waist meadutes 28 inches.
Appears to be taffeta with sheer overlay.
Crinoline makes it flare.
56 inches from underarm to bottom.
Bust is 34-36 inches. It is hard to measure without fitting it on.

I have tried ti measure the bust ,but cannot fit into it to get it just right. by meadurin, I get 34-36 in.
What I originally called the waist could be more above waist
