Beautiful tiffany blue strapless dress. Good to great condition. All the beading is intact. The dress is hemmed and comes with a sash (same material). There are some minor flaws/ knicks in the dress( pictured) but those are few and pretty unnoticeable. It has a beautiful corseted back ( which also allows for some size adjustments around the bust). It zips up in the back up to the top of the beads. The waist up to the end of the zipper does not have much stretch and measures 12.5 in so 25 in
