This is a gorgeous dress in perfect condition. Has no tags but has only been tried on, never worn. It is a size 4 petite. Measurements (laid flat) are as follows: Bust (armpit to armpit) - 18”; waist (side to side) - 14 and 3/4”; length (shoulder to hem) - 54”
