Anne Taylor Loft Dress very unique back tie long, full maxi dress - adjustable straps/ties at neckline 52 inches from neckline to hem 25 inches across waist *There was a very thin tie belt that went with this, but I have misplaced it - i didn't wear it with the dress, I preferred it to be loose, the loops are still on the dress (see pic) The bottom 17 inches are a ruffle - it has that retro/boho vibe In very good pre-owned condition
