Anne Klein bright multicolor halter maxi dress with waist tie NWT

Extraordinary beautiful statement dress, great for a summer wedding or party. I noticed two fabric pulls when photographing. One on the neck tie, which wouldn’t be noticeable when tied & wearing, and one about an inch long in a yellow portion on the skirt. I’m pointing to it in a few of the photos, and as you’ll see it’s hard to notice.
