Anne Klein Eve Ballet Flat (Women) In Cognac Size 11

Step into your everyday routine with Anne Kleins Eve flat. Featuring iFlex technology for a 90 degree bend and all day wear I ordered these flats after returning from vacation in Europe where I had my 2 original pairs in red & nude/black. I wore them the entire 3.5 weeks in Europe. I wanted an extra pair of the red and a platinum metallic shade as well. A few months later I opened the box of what I thought was the platinum metallic and was surprised that it was the cognac instead: I thought to myself ok it’s still a neutral shade but when I tried them on they were too big. The size on the box had been covered by a different sticker. I checked the heel inside the shoe and realized the company had sent me not only the wrong color but the wrong size. I was out of the return / exchange time limit. If you wear a size 11 they are true to size as my size 10 fit me perfectly. These flats are so incredibly comfortable, chic, classic and perfect for all day walking.
