Anne Fontaine Silk Ruffle Dress

This is an elegant sleeveless silk black and white tunic length blouse from designer Anne Fontaine. Anne wanted to capture all the glamour that the organza creates when it is layered and cascading down the body. Anne balanced the dramatics of the black ruffles with a mix of white organza at the top of the blouse. Size is European 38 which is American 7/8.
