The ruffles were n the front and sleeves are made up of individual little bows. The blouse zips up with a zipper in the front middle. The back has corset lace up. Cotton with some stretch. Pit to pit is about 18 inches. Waist about 15.5 flat. Size 38. The blouse is in excellent condition but if you look for it, there is slight fading under the right armpit. Tried to take a photo of it (last picture) but it is difficult to see because it is hardly noticeable. I still wanted to mention it.
