beeweaver1 For some reason I cannot comment on the listing. Please just open a case and refuse the shoes. I don't want you unhappy. I also don't want them back so just toss them. Or, I can send you something from my closet. I truly did not see the issue you are talking about or I would not have taken the time to list them and ship them out. My apologies. Please let me know how I can make it better for you. I hate being disappointed.

kradtke @beeweaver1 No worries. They're not horrible, just not what I had expected-all the pictures you posted, they looked great, even the soles. But at the top on both shoes the faux leather is cracked & peeling. I can try to remedy them. I appreciate your response though. Thank you.

beeweaver1 @kradtke If there is another pair of shoes I can send you, please let me know. Check out my closet or something of equal value. Or one of my Chico's items. I guess I really didn't look that closely at the shoes as I only wore them a few times as they were a little too high for me. I've had them for awhile. I truly feel horrible about your troubles and it would make me feel so much better to send you something else. I don't like anyone feeling bad about a transaction.
