Anne Besse-Shepherd Sterling Silver Enamel Amethyst Gemstone Modernist Earrings **One earring shows an internal crack (see picture #3); the surface is smooth to the touch** They are NOT signed. I initially was unaware of the maker for this reason but a kind person messaged me to let me know that Anne Besse-Shepherd is the designer. The person sent me a picture of her earrings, which were extremely similar in design, and explained that she has purchased many pieces from the designer over the years at Massachusetts craft shows. I was also told that Anne Besse-Shepherd has since retired as a jeweler and now lives on the island of Martha's Vineyard and paints.
