Annapolis boutique elbow patch Women’s crew neck

Super chic chic store on downtown Annapolis that sells clothes (and bags, etc) with repurposed sail boat material (what patches are made of. Patches are kind of a bright pink. It does have 2 small holes on the right shoulder of unknown cause bc literally wore it twice. Foolishly bought a super overpriced sweater when I was pregnant that quickly didn’t fit me🤷‍♀️ Very cute and unique!
