Anna Sui  Silk Floral Dress

This beautiful dress is in excellent pre-owned condition. It has a silk overlay over an off-white lining. There are lace accents on the bottom and a grosgrain belt affixed in a bow. Ruffles and buttons down the front. It is a perfect springtime dress.
