Anna Sui tiered ruffle dress with abstract flowers

Very good condition with two minor imperfections. One tiny snag and on pull. Exterior is 100% silk, lined with polyester. Black with an abstract floral pattern. Tiered with ruffles. Sleeveless. Last photo is of the fit but a different style. Armpit to armpit is 19.5 inches across laying flat. Shoulder to back hem is about 41 inches long.
