Anna Sui sleeveless dot print top with dot fringe

Beautiful, semi sheer sleeveless top with ribbon trip at neckline and dot fringe at hem. Dot print with contrasting stripes pattern at waist and hem. Lovely and feminine and very unique top. Very good condition, there are a couple of faint spots as shown, but can be removed and price reflects. Fabric tag was removed but I believe it is silk. 20” armpit to armpit 26” from shoulder to hem
