Anna Sui lace maxi dress, size 12 (could fit a 10)

Reposh--cute Ana Sui maxi dress, but I never wore it! This is a classic vintage-style (60s/70s-influenced) Anna Sui maxi dress. It's made of black lace and is fully lined. Maxi dress ties in back w/ a 60's/70's style brocade tie. There were rips in lining (pictured) that have been sewed up--does not affect the look of the dress. In good pre-owned condition Empire bust style (ties under the bust), then the dress continues on down in a column shape. See actual measurements below (I think this dress is small for a 12 and would better fit a 10). Bust 39" Waist 35" Hips 40" Length from top of shoulder strap to bottom of hem is 45"
