Anna Sui for Target silk dress (altered)

Anna Sui mini dress from the 2009 Target Designer drop. Super flattering cross draping I. The front and a defined waist. Has both straps and off the shoulder sleeves. 100% silk with polyester lining. Please note that the dress has been altered: the swirl pattern at the hem has been replaced with a plain cream silk ruffle. Also, the waist tie is missing. Small mark on back by zipper, can probably be fixed with stain remover or by a dry cleaner. Otherwise, in good used condition.
