Anna Sui for Anthropologie Blue Silk Dress

This empire waisted blue silk Anna Sui dress for Anthropologie has been a favorite. It's in perfect condition, not a single flaw. It looks sweet with a navy cardigan over it. You can see from the photos it doesn't fit me well across the bust. I'm a size 6 now, so this size 2 is snug. If you are a size 2 it will fall nicely. Empire waists look lovely on petite women btw 😉
