Anna Sui X Anthropologie A-Line Polka Dot Skirt Emma Pillsbury Glee Size 2

This is an old school Anthro gem, incredibly well constructed, made of nice, heavier fabric ... bought it years ago, back when I was obsessed with Emma's wardrobe on Glee, but only wore it a handful of times -- a true size 2; check the waist measurements especially. There is one teeny tiny dot on one of the white circles (pictured), but it's only visible if you squint. I haven't sold this for years because it's so gorgeous but I no longer fit a size 2! Measurements (lying flat): waist 13"; length 21" Comes from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.
