NWT Medium striped with elastic waistband maxi skirt. Tie on skirt had raw ends so I am not sure if they got cut but you can tie in double knot and still has same lace up look. Measurements are taken while laying flat and are approximate: Waist 27" elastic waistband for more stretch Length 39"
