Anna Doll Ensemble (Top and Skirt) from “Frozen”

I purchased this Anna ensemble (and other doll accessories) in a used toy lot, thinking that they would fit our daughter’s Hasbro “Frozen” dolls*. (They were pictured with a Hasbro Anna doll as part of the lot, hence my assumption.) As it turns out, they seem to be for a taller Anna doll, so I’m guessing that they came with an Anna doll made by Mattel (or perhaps an Anna doll from the Disney store??). There are a couple snags/pulls on the sleeves, and one of the cuffs of the top is fraying some (please see pics). Also, some of the skirt fabric is fraying neat the waistband (refer to last picture, near my fingertip). *This doesn’t fit any of Hasbro’s Royal Shimmer Princess dolls very well, either.
