Ann Taylor white with thin navy stripe skirt

VERY stylish with a nod to sailor days. it has about 4 dime-sized spots that are located on the bottom right that are very hard to see unless you are right up close to the skirt. Six tan buttons on the faux bib across the waist are the star of the show.
